3:30 PM – 4:00 PM:
pick up at your hotel to our cooking center. Depending on the number of guest, transportation can be by motorbike or by car.
- Welcome drinks (tea/instant coffee/water) at the Linda’s kitchen after going to the traditional local market
- The host will walk with you to the local market to inform you about different types of traditional foods of Việt Nam
- At the local market, guest and host are going to select the numerous ingredients necessary to prepare the recipes according to the guidelines.
- At the restaurant, washing all of raw foods
- Explantation by host how to identify the local ingredients, the flavor and taste of different herbs growing in Việt Nam
- With you, host will demonstrate how to prepare and cook some traditional dishes.
- Finally, we enjoy the dishes together, the excellent results we have created.
- Share your cooking savoir – fair with member of your group.
- Before going back to your hotel, cooking Certificates will be awarded to you by our cook- ing center.
- Back to your hotel by motorbike or by car.

About Deep fried crispy noodles with sauteed beff and green vegetables:

1 : Fresh noodle leave
2: Beff
3: Cabbage
4: Carrot
5: Onion
6: Tomato
7: Garlic
8: Purple onion
9: Cooking oil
10: Oyster sauce
11: sugar, peper.seasoning power.

INGREDIENTS:

After cutting the fresh rice papers into rectangles and then frying them at medium heat. When the fresh rice papers turn golden, remove and place them around a plate.
 Marinate beef with sugar, seasoning powder, oyster sauce, pepper and stir well to let the beef absorb the condiments.
Add all the vegetables to the pan, stir-fry until cooked. Then add the beef and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
And finally present on a plate with fried fresh rice papers
